my question is about the app i've been trying to start a CBT practice test but it keeps telling me invalid user name or password and i'm very sure that my user name and password are correct please what can I do I really need thi app.?

Did you download the app? if yes then for that of the username you can put a username like chiamanda 2025 try it and see, because the username also stress me.
For the password is it up to 6 digits if yes that means is your username that has fault. Try it and give me feedback.
