Activation codes for software or app

Refunds are only offered for activation codes that have not yet been used, as our database indicates. Once an activation code is indicated as used, we can no longer offer a refund for that purchase.

 

Materials and eBooks

We don't offer a refund for any material or ebook that is paid for and delivered electronically.

 

Subscriptions

We don't offer a refund for any subscription that is paid and activated.
