LAGOS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL LUTH SALES OF ADMISSION FORM/ APPLICATION SCREENING FORM FOR JAMB STUDENTS.

The Management of LUTH hereby informs the general public on the Sales of Admission Form/ Application Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is currently on sale.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:
Male and Female candidates who have successfully completed the Senior Secondary School education are qualified to purchase the form with credit in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, at not more than two sittings, in Examinations conducted by either of the three accredited SSCE examination board i.e. NECO, NABTEB, GCE & WAEC.
Result combination of O’Level examination will be accepted.

Note: The application form is only accessible online and not in the school premises.
