UNIUYO Post-UTME 2026: Cut off mark, Eligibility and Registration Procedures

I'm writing the NECO exam, whose results will come out around September, and the requirement says candidates must upload their O'level result on JAMB CAPS not later than August 31, 2026. Does this mean I won't be able to get into UNIUYO this year?
