This is to formally notify the College Community that examinations will officially commenced on Monday, July 28th, 2025 for the current semester. The College Management extends its best wishes to all students and encourages everyone to remain focused, disciplined, and honest throughout the examination period.

In line with this, all students are reminded to pay close attention to the following key sections of the Student Handbook:

· Section 3.1 - Rules and Regulations Governing the Conduct of Examinations All students are expected to:

· Arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time

· Come with valid student ID cards and writing materials only

· Avoid bringing in mobile phones, smartwatches, or unauthorized materials

· Obey all instructions from the examination invigilators and coordinators

. Maintain silence and order within and around the examination hall

· Section 3.2 - Examination Malpractice and Offences

The College maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of examination malpractice, including:

. Possession of unauthorized materials

. Copying or receiving assistance during exams

· Impersonation or writing on behalf of another student

· Attempting to influence examiners or invigilators

· Disruptive behavior in the examination environment

Sanctions for these offences may include cancellation of results, suspension, expulsion, or other disciplinary measures as outlined in the College's Academic Policy.

All students are strongly advised to conduct themselves with integrity, dignity, and responsibility during the examinations.
