This is to write and inform the successful applicants who have been offered provisional admission into any of the IJMB programmes offered by AL-ISTIQAMA UNIVERSITY, SUMAILA, that Tomorrow Monday 11Th October, 2021 remains the opening date.

In view of the above, students who are yet to complete their registration and or collect their admission letters are hereby advised to report in time and complete the process.

Meanwhile, Hostel allocation for both male/female students is on the basis of *first to come first to be served*, therefore upon reporting to the University, each student is to first report to the security division for necessary documentation and then to the *Denary students affairs* with their original receipt collected from the  Bursary Department for hostel allocation.

Students that are yet to verify the payments they made, are to take their evidence of payment to the Bursary Department for Verification and issuance of the University Official Receipt (s).

All students are strongly advised to be security conscious and observe COVID-19 Protocols i.e Avoid Night journey, Avoid lift from unknown person, board buses from Government approved motor parks, Wear facemasks and others.
