FUTO: m having problem in completing my acceptance fee registation .I payed since last thursday...

FUTO: m having problem in completing my acceptance fee registation .I payed
since last thursday but after typing in my confirmation order and
receipt number when I click on submit its says e-transact server not
reachable try again later and I have tried severally. any help pls? ..its drivig me crazy?
