Yes — University of Delta, Agbor (UNIDEL) offers several social science courses that do not require Geography as part of their required JAMB UTME subjects.
Social Science Courses Without Geography Requirement
These courses usually require Use of English + other subjects, but not Geography specifically:
Economics – UTME subjects include English, Mathematics, Economics, and any one of Government, History, Literature in English, French, or CRK/IRS (Geography not mandatory).
Political Science – English, Government or History plus two other Arts/Social Science subjects (Geography not compulsory).
Sociology – English plus three other Arts or Social Science subjects (no Geography needed).
Psychology – English plus any three Arts or Social Science subjects (no Geography required).
Public Administration – Use of English, Government/Economics, and any other subject (Geography not mandatory).
Mass Communication – English plus any three other Arts or Social Science subjects (Geography not essential).
Criminology & Security Studies – English, Economics, Mathematics, and one other social science (Government, History, Literature, or CRS) — Geography is optional.
Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Entrepreneurship – use English, Mathematics, Economics and any other social science (no Geography strictly needed).
International Relations – English, Economics, Literature in English and one of Government/History (so Geography isn’t compulsory).

What This Means
You don’t have to include Geography in your UTME subject combination just to study many social science courses at UNIDEL — as long as you meet the specific subject requirements for the programme you choose.
For example:
To study Economics, you can use Government, History, Literature, or CRK instead of Geography.
For Political Science or Sociology, the emphasis is on English + other Arts/Social Science subjects, and not necessarily Geography.
