After completing the registration you would see a column tagged print post utme exam pass.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates should log on to University of Lagos website https://unilag.edu.ng. Then, take the following steps:
Click on Admissions
Click on Post-UTME Application
Login with UTME number as username and surname in lowercase as password
Generate and print payment advice
Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online
Return to the University portal, upload passport photograph and complete the application form
Print Post-UTME Examination Pass.
All candidates for Unilag post UTME
screening are to reprint their exam
pass to reflect the new changes
regarding post UTME exam venue.
To reprint your exam pass:
1. Go to http://
applications.unilag.edu.ng
2. Click ‘Continue Application’;
3. Enter your UTME registration
number and surname (in small
letters) in the fields provided.
This step should login
successfully;
4. Click ‘Print Exam Pass’ to print
your exam pass. This step will
cause your updated exam pass to
download in PDF format.

After you're done with the payments, come back to the portal complete registration..after that, print the post UTME pass

I didn't put my passport photograph but my application was still successful and I didnt see a place that said Print Exam Slip or anything like that
