UNILAG Law Cut-Off Mark (2025/2026 Academic Session)
1. JAMB UTME minimum score:
You must score at least 240 in UTME to be eligible to apply for Law at UNILAG. That’s the official requirement to be considered in the first place.
2. Departmental / merit cut-off:
Once applications are assessed — including your Post-UTME and O’Level results — the actual competitive cut-off for Law tends to be high, roughly around an aggregate equivalent of 75–78%. For example, the latest official UTME merit cut-off for Law was about 78.225.
♂️ What this means in simple terms:
Scoring 240 or more in JAMB is the entry requirement to be considered.
But because Law is very competitive, successful applicants usually have higher scores overall — meaning a strong JAMB score (often 260-plus) and great Post-UTME and O’Level results give you much better chances.
So if you score just 240, you qualify to apply, but your chances of getting admitted improve a lot if your score is higher — especially with good screening results.
