can I make a change of course on my jamb portal twice I'm going for delsu and change of course form is out my last change did not reflect on my portal I want to do another change?

Of course u can make the change in your jamb portal and then delsu will make a provision to see that your change reflect on the delsu portal

No, you can't change a course twice on jamb portal because the board has already given a maximum of one time, if you have done it before that means you can't anymore
