pls give an advice i have done my online screening with my ssce and i did not upload because it has F9 english now can and i am waiting for gce neco result what did i do first it's to upload the waec with F9 first, after gce neco result out then update or i they waiting till gce neco result out?

Due to jamb policy that says admission ends October, there may be no chances of you using neco gce result because the result won't be out by that time .... So all you can do is leave the awaiting cause putting F9 is cancelling admission...
