i have done my online screening and put ssce waec score but i didn't put english because my english have f9 now am wating for my gce neco and put the english score?

Due to Jamb Policy of Admission ending October, the chances of using neco gce result may not be possible....

pls give an advice i have done my online screening with my ssce and i did not upload because it has F9 english now can and i am waiting for gce neco result what did i do first it's to upload the waec with F9 first, after gce neco result out then update or i they waiting till gce neco result out?
