my registration for the Tasued post utme keep returning this "awaiting your Jamb registration image, please check back later "

please I was told I need to upload my passport photograph or my JAMB picture
before this will work?? how do I do that??
I thought my passport is already on my Jamb?
please help me as the deadline is in few days?
