f= ω/2π, where f= frequency, and ω= angular velocity.

f= 4.38/2π = 0.6971Hz

c= fλ, c= velocity of light, and λ= wavelength

λ= c ÷ f= (3.0 × 10^8) ÷ (0.6971)= 4.30 × 10^8m
