I applied for AAUA change of course form but I didn't choose the institution and...

I applied for AAUA change of course form but I didn't choose the institution and I haven't done so please what should I do am really confused and should I do the change of institution to AAUA before they release the supplementary list or I should wait until they release the supplementary admission list ? Please I need your advices and help?
