is this news really true that aaua are doing online registration between 24 Nov and...

is this news really true that aaua are doing online registration between 24 Nov and 30 Nov, and they will resume to school on December 1st ? I went to cyber cafe to do the online registration and they told me that it is a scam and someone working in the school told me that it is not true that the information is not true. so please any one that knows more about this should please let me know about this or that have done his or her own registration here should let me know.?
