Please I don't know what to about my admission,I wrote taused exam first batch my...

Please I don't know what to about my admission,I wrote taused exam first batch my score was 34% but then i choose them as second choose,i was told I need to choose them as first so I did so, after the changing my score was boosted to 50% that about 1month plus now,till now I haven't been offered admission,some weeks back I saw my application status change to referred.
Am confused will I still be offered admission.?
