Your jamb subject combination is correct.
The jamb subject combination for guidance and counselling is English language and Any three (3) subjects.

Tasued O'Level Requirements for guidance and counselling.
You require Five 'O' level credits at one sitting or six 'O' level credits at two sittings to include English Language, Biology and other subjects from Arts, Social Sciences or Sciences. Credit in Mathematics is compulsory for those with teaching subject options in Science and social Sciences.

Yes, You can use neco awaiting result, but you would need to upload it to jamb portal as soon as the school commence their admission process and you also require the result for their postutme screening registration.
