A physically challenged lady, Cindy Chilaka has celebrated her graduation from the University of Port Harcourt. 

Chilaka, who is also a hairstylist posted a video of herself dancing after she finished her final examinations

"Congratulations to me. Latest Graduate. What God cannot do does not exist."

She captioned the video.
