Taraba State University (TSU), Jalingo, through its Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT/MIS), has announced a Student Portal Orientation and Computer-Based Test (CBT) Mock Examination for newly admitted students.

According to an internal circular dated February 13, 2026, the exercise is designed to familiarize fresh students with the university’s student portal and the CBT examination environment ahead of their academic assessments.

The orientation and mock examination are scheduled to hold from February 17 to February 19, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily, at the University CBT Centre.

The ICT/MIS Directorate explained that the programme will provide hands-on guidance on accessing and effectively using the student portal, while the mock examination will prepare students for the CBT format used by the university.

Students will be batched according to their respective faculties, with details to be communicated accordingly. Newly admitted students are strongly advised to attend at their scheduled time, arrive promptly, and adhere strictly to all instructions during the exercise.
