The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUT MINNA) is set to host its highly anticipated 127th Inaugural Lecture of the university. The event, organized under the auspices of the Vice-Chancellor, will bring together academics, students, and information professionals to discuss the evolution of information sharing in modern times.

​This iteration of the university's lecture series centers on the theme: "The Relationship of Library Websites and Information Dissemination in the Digital Era: Trends and Challenges." The presentation aims to address how traditional academic and public archives navigate modern technological shifts, alongside the modern challenges of digital data management.

​Inaugural Lecturer: The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Georgina Uchey Oyedum [BLS, MLS (ABU, Zaria), PhD (UI)], a distinguished Professor of Library and Information Technology.

​Chairman of the Occasion: The event will be presided over by Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta [B.Sc (UDUS), M.Tech (FUT Minna), PhD (ATBU Bauchi)], the current Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
