Established by Yuen Sang and Yu Yuen Kit So, parents of Peter (’86) and Paul (’88) So, the Yuen Sang and Yu Yuen Kit So International Scholarship Fund provides scholarship support to international students and non-citizens living in the United States and attending Harvey Mudd College

The Office of Admission selects one recipient for each entering class based on superior academic performance as shown in the application for admission. The So award is offered regardless of financial need.

Eligibility: To be eligible, you must;

• be international students and non-citizens living in the United States and attending Harvey Mudd College.
• have attained a minimum 2.75 cumulative grade point average.
• demonstrate superior academic performance.
• meet the entry and academic requirements of the university for the programme they wish to join.
• submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • IELTS
  • Duolingo
  • TOEFL IBT
