The Matriculation Committee of Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU) has officially announced the date and procedural requirements for the 2025/2026 academic session matriculation ceremony.

​The ceremony is scheduled to take place simultaneously across both university campuses:

​Date: Wednesday, 28th January 2026

​Venues: Gadau and Yuli Campuses

​Academic Gown Collection & Payment

​Fresh students are required to follow these guidelines for the collection of their academic gowns:

​Payment Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦1,000.

​Payment Method: Payments must be made via Remita.

​Collection Process: Students must present their payment receipt at the point of gown collection.

​Return Policy and Deadlines

​The University emphasizes that all gowns must be handled with care and returned promptly:

​Return Deadline: On or before Friday, 30th January 2026.

​Return Location: Gowns must be returned to the exact point where they were originally collected.

​IMPORTANT PENALTY NOTICE:

Any student who fails to return their academic gown by the stated deadline (January 30th) will be required to pay a late penalty fee of ₦5,000.

​All "freshers" are advised to comply with these directives to ensure a smooth and successful ceremony.
