The download file is displaying it as exe, system file. Its not compactible with blackberry phones

I hv download it with my windows8 laptop. But it's 2013 jamb questions I'm seeing there. Besides I can only have access to just 2questions in a subject untill I activate the app. They re asking me: name of user/organisation, product serial number, product I.D is there but no Activation code also. Myschool please provide me with these codes let me activate it. Thanks
