JAMB has announced the release of the results of the mop-up examination held on Saturday, June 13th, 2026. Candidates who took part in the mop-up can check their results now via the SMS method. 

To check your result using the shortcode method, create an SMS with two words together "UTMERESULT" and send it to 55019 or 66019. Please ensure you use the phone line used to register for UTME. You are required to have a least N50 airtime credit balance.

According to Benjamin, the release of the results marks the conclusion of the 2026 UTME exercise and clears the way for the next stage of the admission process.

“With the successful conduct of the mop-up examination and the release of the results, the Board will now proceed with the ranking of candidates,” he said.

He further revealed that the printing of result slips required for admission processing is expected to begin before the end of the week.

JAMB also appreciated candidates, parents, and other stakeholders for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the examination period.
