I paid since last week on my portal , it hasn't given me my result since that time, but it is showing approved (not used) on my payment status. Someone please help

i use my last year number to create this 2019 profile after payment i was told that i should have used a new number. then when i was doing the registration i used different password but i could not change the Email. Now i want to login into the account but it refuse to accept the password, and when i tried last year own it open. now, what i see in my last year account is my 2019 result. So now i want to print this 2019 original resuit but i dont no if it will print my last Year own or this year. Pls i need help.
