As stated above, I write to notify the students renting/staying off-campus that, the above-named committee has reached agreement sequels to its various meetings held with Properties Agent Landlord Association of Nigeria Jigawa State Chapter (PAALAN).

Below are the decision made by the committee:

1. Students tenants are to liaise with the committee on resumption, in which the committee will communicate with the landlords for proper discount.

2. Students are allowed to pay for a specific period, especially the siwes students who are going to leave after a short period of time are allowed to pay for some months where preferable.

3. For those that still have one or two month for their rent to expire, the committee is still waiting for their feedback.

As the strike was suspended you can start making inquires to the committee, the committee is ready to receive from you with keen interest. Thank you.
