This is to inform you that the screening team from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, will be conducting the screening exercise for the newly admitted 2023/2024 undergraduate students. The schedule of the screening is as follows:

*A. SCREENING EXERCISE:*

Date: Monday, 29th April to Saturday, 4th May 2024.

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Venue: PHE Multipurpose Hall, FCE, Zaria.

*B. MATRICULATION CEREMONY:*

Date: Monday, 6th May 2024.

Time: 10:00 am.

Venue: PHE Multi-purpose Hall, FCE, Zaria.

*C. REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING:*

All candidates are required to present the following:

1. Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC/Statements of results

2. Original NCE/Diploma Statement of Result/Certificate.

3. Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.

4. Original Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.

5. Original Direct Entry e-registration slip.

6. Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person in society. This must be on a letterhead and duly stamped.

7. Eight (8) recent passport photographs on a white background.

8. Photocopies of items I – V stated above.

9. WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those who do not have a Certificate.

10. Registration Remitta for the session admitted for (2022/2023 and 2023/2024), payment of School fees, duly confirmed by the Bursary Department.

11. Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter.

*D. OTHER REQUIREMENTS BY THE UNIVERSITY*

1. Payment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) Only at the screening point for Journal, Student Handbook, Academic Gown, University I.D card, and Oath Form. 

Note that the above requirements are compulsory for each student. You are also required to be punctual for the screening exercise.
