The management of Federal College of Education wishes to inform the graduands of the following with regard to the forthcoming 27th Convocation Ceremony;

• Graduands are to collect their academic gowns from Monday 26th Jan. 2015 between 9am and 4pm from Students Affairs Department on payment of the sum of 3,500.00k to the College (Account Name: PRIZES AND ENDOWNMENT, Account No: 0034155033, Bank: Access Bank).

The academic gowns are to be returned in good condition immediately after the Convocation Ceremony.

Any delay in return of the Academic Gown shall attract a fine of N500 per day from Friday 30th Jan. 2015, Graduands are to further note that the release of the NCE Certificate is also subject to the return of the gown.

• Each graduand is entitled to an academic gown in addition to two invitation cards, convocation brochure, college scroll and alumni plaque. These are available for collection as from Mon. 26th Jan. 2015 Between 9am and 4pm, daily at the Students Affairs Department.

The convocation brochure and college scroll would be available for collection at the Students Affairs Department as from Wed. Jan 28th 2015 between 12pm and 4pm.

• Graduands should assemble at the Aduke Maina Hall not later than 8am on Thursday 29th Jan. 2015, fully robbed and seated in the place allocated to them by 9am.

• All Graduands are strongly advised to comply with these arrangements to avoid rush or disappointment.
