Why you did not get this service on time
Case-1: Non-Adherence to instructions: We often advise our students to use certain "pre-defined" depositors name on bank tellers for various services. This idea helps Myschoolcomm account officer(s) to know who made payment for a particular service and what such student paid for.

Take for instance, using your order code (for alert and P.Q) or Reg number (for JAMB-related services will help us identify your details and request easily on our data base.

However if you use your name as depositors name, we might as well have many other people answering such names and that makes it hard to figure out who paid and what was paid for.

Case-2: Inadequate Information from the Banks:
In some cases (though not so frequent), banks fail to provide us alerts and, or all relevant information about the depositors. These include full depositor Identity (names, phone number, reg number or order code). In this cases as in 1, & 2 above; we will have no option but leave the service pending until we verify them.
