The Management of Bauchi State University, Gadau has released a circular letter notifying its staff to resume duty on Monday 26th October 2020. This was contained in a memo signed by the Deputy Registrar on behalf of the Registrar. 

The statement read thus;

Further to the approval of the presidential task force on COVID-19 for all categories of civil servants to resume duty and the subsequent Management meeting held on 20th October 2020. I write to direct all staff to resume duty from Monday 26th October 2020

Let me state that, Staff are expected to observe safety protocols which include among others wearing Face Mask and frequent use of hands sanitizers for the good of all of us.

Furthermore, Staff should note that the usual attendance register will continue to be signed and any staff who fail to sign the Register will be treated in line with the regulations. Deans and Other Heads of Departments are to monitor and ensure compliance.

Finally, we thank Allah for keeping us alive to witness post-COVID-19 resumption while welcoming all of us back to duty.
