i have been sending my NIN to 55019 sending since some days ago and they have saying error occurred and unable to verify ur NIN at the moment and MTN has been eating my #50 since then what should i do

i generated my profile code last yr but i didn't end up writing jamb but i still have the code i tried generating it this yr to know if its still the same code but its keeps telling me this my message could not be processed by this time pls try again later pls what is really happening

Last year I generated my profile code on a glo sim card and I used it for DE. Now, I want to write Jamb, I have been trying to generate it on my new Airtel Sim but I have gotten no response, the Airtel Sim is linked to my NIN
