Introduction:

Abstract

The principle of gas and vapour behaviour is very important in industrial. The analysis of gases can be achieved by means of orsat gas apparatus.

Orsat analysis involved the successive contaction of the gas with solution that preferentially absorbs one or more of the constituents.

The usefulness of orsat gas apparatus his contributed tremendously to the development of science and technology. The principles governing the operation of orsat apparatus has been applied in the are of pollution control equipment, the gas apparatus help in detecting toxic gases, which are harmful to health.

In area of science and technology, the orsat gas apparatus contributes in determining the amount or composition that make up a mixture of gases in the feed stream. It also helps in the analysis of the concentration of a component in a gas sample. Orsat gas apparatus would be carefully handled because it is fragile in nature.
