With particular reference to the billing system of NETEL Enugu, the researcher wishes to show how the computerization of the system has facilitated customer identification, customer billing, vetting and bills distribution in such an efficient manage by which customer service have tremendously improved in the light of productivity and profitability.

In furtherance of the research objectives recommendations were made, which if implemented, the researcher hopes will bring about efficiency and effectiveness’ of organizational operations in general and decision making in particular. making in particular.
