Ten plant samples were screened for topical anti-inflammatory activity. PDI.ra/n hi~w,u leaf (Family: Commelinaceae) gave the highest activity. A gradient solvent extraction of the leaf will conducted using petroleum ether (40" - 60"). cliloroforcn and methanol respectivel~.
