Abstract:

This study is on the Role of Communication in Enhancing Productivity in Hamdala Hotel Ltd Kaduna. The objective of this study is to evaluate ways of improving effective communication. The researcher carried out his research through a personal interviews, direct and observation. The researcher administered a questionnaire for his finding, so as to find out the views, feelings, experiences and activities of the respondents. The researcher wish to concludes that as a result of effective communication, we observed that workers are very organized on the job assigned to them. The researcher recommends that managers should create an environment in which subordinate can speak up without fear or favour.
