Introduction:
Abstract
The Recruitment Policies and Procedures in an Organization is important because it co-ordinate proper staffing, directing and placement of qualified personnel towards the attainment of organizational goals and objectives. This study also highlight the impediments associated with this research work which are inadequate financing which result to non-recruitment exercise in the organizations, improper selection and employment of staffs, high level of sectionalism and tribalism in recruitment and selection, political interference in the organizational development and efficiency. The data collected for this project work are presented and analyzed using frequency tables and simple percentages. Finally, at the end of this research work, it was found that Recruitment Policies and Procedures in an Organization have some effect in organizational efficiency. So therefore, there is need for training and proper recruitment, placement and the reader is assured of attaining a greater knowledge based on the role of Recruitment Policies And Procedures towards organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
