to sustain them with employment environment in the future but also gain experience in the domain and this concern the level five students have to conduct the internship attachment and make a report on after completion.

Then, it is in these views that as an undergraduate student in level five, management department I have carried out my internship at RRA Head Office located in Kimihurura sector, gasabo district, and the city of Kigali, it is lying between the National Electoral Commission in its right and Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in its left side. This internship lasted for four weeks from 022nd June 2015 to 22nd July, 2015, which allowed me to bring together the class theory with
practice in order to introduce myself to a professional life I carried out my internship, in Domestic taxes department, specifically in the Small and Medium Taxpayer office, in Tin registration and block management, filling, and auditing division. The objective of this internship was to acquaint myself to the operations carried out in these services.

Additionally, I’ve learn on how office documents are entered in the system and how are classified so that it easy to get them back. I have been performed three main activities; the first is to check various documents of Taxpayer and make classification through filling or
documentation. In the second activity I’ve give Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN), I suggested to the taxpayer the way to register and deregister for the company and I have written various acceptance letter for their deregistration application. The third activity was to conduct the desk Audit, the Audit conducted in the office by checking the document of the company supposed to be audited to see its accuracy.

moderates, location, and taxes procedures of RRA. Therefore this internship report can act as a
source of information for anybody who wants to get information concerning RRA institution.
In conducting this internship, I have used scientific methods to collect information about the
institution.

These include participatory approach, observation, direct interviews and documentation as methods to achieve the stated objectives. It is upon these methods and data collected, that conclusions and recommendations were based. Concisely we have minded that the internship also is set to prepare the students to get global picture on how job are done from the view point of the field. It has crucial importance in accordance with real and professional applications of the concerned principles and techniques.
