Introduction:

Abstract

The research work which is based on implications of budgetary control to industrialisation in Nigeria economic growth between 2012 and 1980 was embarked upon by the researcher to evaluate the position of the Nigerian economy from the perspective of industries with respect to budgeting and budgeting control. The researcher having known the term “Budgetary control” as a budgeting process cannot be accurately and comprehensively treated without the concept of “Budgeting” broadened the research scope to accommodate necessary aspects of budgeting to the study at hand. Thus, the inclusion of budget and budgetary terms in the report of this research. This work like every other is made up of five chapters with their appropriate headings and titles.

Research data was collected by means of a questionnaire and analysed effectively using basic concept models and regressions since the research topic was one that produced multiple hypothesis and sub-hypothesis that all needed to be tested and determined. Tables were used to present data and in formation gotten in the course of the research as all findings and recommendations were duly included in the last chapter to comprehensively wrap up the research report.
