Abstract:
Generally, the cutting and plate are made of plastics. Plastics are harmful and it has many disadvantages for us. Naturally, we get leaves, Leaves by using this we can make cups. It is very cheap and it does not have any chemical effects.

The Leaf Cup is made by a solar tea leaf-cutting machine. The machine is operated by a solar power cutting-making system. By using this we can produce cutting at a high production rate. By using different shapes of die we can produce different shapes and size cutting. The machine size is comfortable to suit anywhere.

The project deals with the design and fabrication of the solar tea leaf cutting machine. Hilly areas are a great source of tea as the plantation of the tea leaves is sustainable in such areas.
Introduction:
CHAPTER ONE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the study
The solar power Leaf cutting machine is used for different shapes of cutter in a faster production rate. The principle of operation is the same as the non-conventional process. The difference is only in the type of drive and the type of fixtures used. The following points reveal why we have to make use of this type of press Solar Leaf cutting machine reduces the manual work. This type of machine reduces working time. This is a non-conventional solar power mechanism.

1.2 Statement of the Problem
This project is carried out to design and fabricate a simple solar tea leaf-cutting machine that can be operated even by a layman with solar power system.
The following points reveal why we have to make use of this type of machine,
i. Solar Leaf cutting machine reduces manual work.
ii. This type of machine reduces working time.
iii. This is a non-conventional solar power mechanism

1.3 Purpose of the Project
Our project deals with the design and fabrication of the solar tea leaf cutting machine. Hilly areas are a great source of tea as the plantation of the tea leaves is sustainable in such areas. The cutting of the tea leaf is usually done manually with more labours. This consumes a lot of time and also an extensive labour charge is there. The leaves that are being cut also are not even and hence the consistency of the tea production may be affected. In order to eliminate these types of disadvantages, we propose a simple solar tea leaf-cutting machine. Our machine is portable and can be easily carried with bare hands. More leaves are cut within a short due to the automated process and also there is no need for any external power source for the successful operation of our machine. The solar panel that is provided with a backpack setup helps to convert the solar energy into electrical energy and thus the entire system can be powered up. The parts of our project and designed and assembled using the Creo software and finally the fabrication part has been carried out.

1.4 Significance of the Study
Comparatively, the Tea has been the most popular and low cost beverage around the world. The goal of solar tea leaf-cutting machine is to overcome agricultural challenges. An agricultural robot must deal with an unstructured, unknown, uncertain, and varying environment. Tea leaves are randomly located on the tea plant, and it is difficult to detect different categories in tea leaf (such as bud, fresh leaf, active leaf, mother leaf, etc.) I have found that Tea cutting machines are designed in many countries but they are designed only for cutting with any selective method and these machines are very large and expensive. Therefore, quality is being reduced. So in order to improve the quality it is necessary to improve the cutting methodology with more available resources which are less expensive and renewable.

1.5 Limitation
The limitation was the inability not to get much materials on the solar tea cutting leaf machine which poses a kind of limitation to the research.

1.6 Scope of Study
In this solar Leaf cutting machine there is a camshaft mechanism which is a camshaft cutting mechanism dc motor, blower, ms shaft, solar panel, and battery. A battery supplies connect through the D.C motor the ms shaft connects to the camshaft. The solar panel is converted to sunlight into electrical output the output connects through the battery the battery will be charged, the battery direct to connect the D.C motor, the motor shaft connects to cam shaft cutter, the power used in solar. The motor will be rotating the shaft and cam mechanism running with the solar power tea leaf cutter mechanism.
