Abstract:
This project focuses on the design and construction of a dual automatic incubator capable of operating on both AC and DC power sources, with a capacity to hold 50-100 eggs. The incubator integrates advanced temperature control using an Arduino microcontroller and a DHT22 temperature sensor to maintain optimal conditions for egg incubation. The power supply unit converts 240V AC to a stable DC voltage, ensuring reliable operation of the electronic components. A relay and transistor switching mechanism controls the heating element, which provides uniform heating throughout the incubator. An LCD display offers real-time monitoring and user interaction, enhancing the usability of the system. The modular design allows for scalability and customization, making the incubator suitable for various applications. Comprehensive testing demonstrated the incubator's ability to maintain a stable environment, ensuring successful egg incubation. This project contributes to agricultural technology by providing a versatile, efficient, and user-friendly incubation solution.
