it's unfair, I've paid for the video and I will still use Data to watch and to increase quality too ... too bad

The videos delivered after payment has no option for full screen viewing. I am struggling to see the letters on the board, it is discouraging me from subscribing for more videos. What can I do to view the videos on full screen mode?

What exactly do I Pay for when I don't even understand a thing! She's not even trying at all. You guys call this an explanation when you're only straight up reading what was already written on the screen without any clear examples or explanation!
And don't get me started on the fact that I can't watch the lesson on full screen, plus the quality is so bad. There's not even a download option so I can visit my downloaded lessons later.
This is just so unfair. I just want to prepare for exams without any distractions. But I think I chose the wrong app for it.

1. The tutor is not a good explainer, I'm sorry.
You just know she's not acquainted with the government enough, Why can't you just hire someone who can actually do this? She teaches literature, government, and I think also English, It's not good, really.
This lady is perfect for literature, which she does, but this is a no-no, no vivid examples to keep students remembering what they have been fed during the lesson session and can be useful inside the exam hall. This is just a pure script and slide reading; she is not even trying at all, and it's so bad for students. Nah nah, I'm sorry, this ain't it.
2. Not having a full screen for the videos is actually absurd. I have to keep my phone in portrait mode just to watch. You can't double-tap to fast forward or rewind like 10s, and the quality of these video lessons is very bad.
3. Thanks for letting me waste my 3k. 🙂
