be conscious (like sitting or lying down to relax) or unconscious (such as sleep). Rest is essential for repairing tissues,
restoring energy, and maintaining overall health. Unlike recreation, which involves active enjoyment, rest is primarily
about inactivity and recovery. It is not an obligation in the strict sense but a biological necessity. High-intensity physical
activity is the opposite of rest.
