In the diagram above, AB||CD. What is the size of the angle marked x?
If P and E are points on CD and AB, respectively
∠ CPE = 52° (corresponding angles are equal)
∴ ∠ TPD = 52° (vertically opposite angles are equal)
∴ 52° + x° + 35° = 180° (sum of angles in a triangle)
∴ x° + 87° = 180°
x = 93°
