Correct Answer: Option B

Explanation

The excerpt ended with exclamation mark not a question mark which automatically nullify option A (i.e. Rhetorical question - which is a question that requires no answer). Oxymoron is the answer because it is the placement of two opposite words side by side; paper flower in the excerpt is oxymoron.
