its not ill health i get the confusion, but here's a tip anytime you come across questions like this you check the meaning of some words just so you can understand the context, i just learnt this recently
. Surfeiting here means that you have had so much of something that taking just a tiny bit of it again make you sick. lets say food you have eaten swallow for a month back to back, you can't take it anymore, you become sick of it, it can also refer to music, games e.t.c. The next word here is wanton, this means reckless or lacking discipline . So let me interprete it now
