Subject Combination JAMB UTME Requirements
Economics, Mathematics and any other Arts or Social Science subject.
O'level Requirements
Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two (2) subjects
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) ELUON requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
(i) ABU accepts Two (2) A level/IJMB passes in Economics and Management &ii.AminimumMeritpass inABUDiplomainAccounting,Banking, Management, Islamic Banking or Insurance. (ii) ABSUandDELSUacceptholdersof the followingqualifications: a) Complete pass in the Intermediate ICAN Examination or equivalents; and b) Passinfinalexamsof theChartered InstituteofSecretaries (exceptUYO and DELSU) plus UTME requirements. (iii) ABUJA accepts 'A' Level pass in Geology. (iv) ADSU, UNIZIK, ABSU,MADONNAand COOUaccept ND/NCE in the relevant fields. UNIZIKandABSUalsoaccept HND. UNIZIK and COOU accept ND/HNDlowercreditpass. (v) AUNsameasinFinance (vi) BSUacceptsND/NCElowercredit/merit plus five (5) 'O' Level subjects requirements to include Economics at one(1)sitting. (vii) COOUacceptsND/HNDlowercreditor equivalent inrelevantprogrammes. (viii) EBSUaccepts a) NCE/NDwithpassesatMerit/Credit level inrelevantprogrammes. b) AAT, Intermediate ACCA or ICAN or ATS final certificate provided such candidatepossesses‘O’Levelcredit passes in English Language, EconomicsandMathematics. (ix) EKSU,DELSUandUYOacceptND/HND inrelevantprogrammesnotbelowupper credit level. Inaddition,EKSUinsistson 'A' level passes inEconomicsbutdoes notacceptIJMB. (x) ESUTECH accepts ND in relevant programmeswithintheFaculty into200 Level in addition to the UTME requirements. (xi) EVANGEL requires two (2) ‘A’ Level passestoincludeEconomicsorND/NCE inadditiontotheUTMErequirements. (xii) FED-DUTSINMAaccepts Two ‘A’ level passes in Economics/Financial AccountingandMathematicsor anyof Social/Management Sciences subject. ND/NCEwithgoodgradesinAccounting oranyrelatedcoursesfromarecognized institution. (xiii) IGBINEDIONacceptsNDat credit level inrelatedprogrammes. (xiv) IMSUandPHC-NoDirectEntry. (xv) JOSaccepts a) passes at IJMB in at least two (2) subjectsone(1)ofwhichmustbein Accounting,EconomicsorBusiness Management. b) NDuppercredit inFinancialstudies. (xvi) LAGOS accepts very good passes in three (3) JUPEB subjects: Economics andanytwo(2)ofFinancialAccounting, BusinessManagement,Governmentand Geography. (xvii) MCPHERSONacceptsNCEwithpasses at merit level in relevant subjects, foundationof professional examinations suchasICAN,ACCA, ICMAorNDupper credit inrelevantprogrammes. (xviii) NASARAWA accepts ND/HND lower credit in relevant programmes; IJMB in relevant subjects not below ten (10) points; NCE credit/merit in Business Education. (xix) OAUaccepts a) NDuppercredit inAccounting, also ICAN/ACCA examination at professional level orATS (Stage III) examinationof ICAN b) Advanced Level passes in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, plusGovernment and GeographyorICAN/ATSI, IIandIII. (xx) PLASUaccepts a) degree inanyprogrammeprovided the candidatemeets the 'O' Level requirements b) HND lower credit in relevant programmes with 'O' Level requirements. c) ND lower credit in relevant programmes with 'O' Level requirements. d) IJMB minimum of 7 points with passes inrelevantsubjects,with'O' Level requirements.
