the answer is C
the verse is the last verse of suratut- tin
translating to "is Allah not the best of all judges"

The option C and D will be the same because in some Quranic English Translation it said chp95. V8
"Is not Allah the greatest of all rulers(judges)"
(Quran English, Kanzul Iman) vie www.bestsoft.uiwap.com
Similarly in other translation may be "the best of all judges" not only
" the best of judges"
So choosing D will be correct than C.

The selected answer is wrong:
This answer is incorrect to the question because in Holy Quran chapter 4 verse 43 Allah says " O believers ! Approach not prayer while you are intoxicated...."
Above it was choosen
B. pray when they are in prayer.
The answer should be "Pray when they are intoxicated"
Eg Allāh is asking the Muslims not to
attempt to "Pray when they are intoxicated"
Therefore, it would be correct when the last word(prayer) in the B options changed to intoxicated.
والله علم
REF: Check Quran chapter 4 verse 43

In reference to the above ayat (verse)based on the scholar's interpretations option C should be the correct answer.(أليس الله) is question (بأحكم) it means the best ruler/judge (الحكمين) all rulers/judges.

The major problem I'm having with Islamic studies as a subject or a studying course is the twisting of words and incomprehendable use of English. If an Arabic teacher that doesn't understand English language deeply sees this kind of qstn,he is likely to choose option C.
