This answer is obviously wrong the judiciary doesn't control the executive through OATH SWEARING it ia able the check the activities of the executive and legislature through JUDICIAL REVIEW this helps it to invalidate the actions and activities of the other two arms of government if necessary
with the points above i hope i have been able to clarify why the answer is JUDICIAL REVIEW option B and not D OATH SWEARING
If the question was based on how the oyomesi checks the Alafin then oath swearing would have been the best option.
